Leasing fee: The leasing fee covers all aspects of getting the new tenants situated in their new home, it is 50% of the first month's rent and it is deducted from the first month's rent payment.
Management Fee- This is 8-10% of the monthly rent, you would not pay a leasing fee and management fee in the same month, so the management fee takes effect on the second month.
Lease only fee: The lease only fee is 75% of the first month’s rent.
