We are a smaller management company focused on finding the right tenant for the right property and keeping the turnover rate low. Most of our business comes from personal referrals from very satisfied owners and tenants, all of whom are delighted to give us excellent references at any time. Full management fees include leasing fee and management fees

Leasing fee: The leasing fee covers all aspects of getting the new tenants situated in their new home, it is 50% of the first month's rent and it is deducted from the first month's rent payment.

Management Fee- This is 8-10% of the monthly rent, you would not pay a leasing fee and management fee in the same month, so the management fee takes effect on the second month.

Lease only fee: The lease only fee is 75% of the first month’s rent.
